We’re looking for a results-driven BDM to lead growth in the Commercial & Industrial Solar
EPC sector. You’ll identify and convert clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue
through strategic sales and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close Solar EPC leads in the C&I segment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with project teams.
- Conduct technical and commercial consultations.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Solar EPC or related sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, PPAs, and policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
