Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and commissioning of ground-mounted solar power projects.
• Supervise site activities to ensure timely execution as per design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and provide technical support during project implementation.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, cost control, and resource utilization.
• Monitor performance of installed systems and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at site.
• Provide daily/weekly progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience in ground-mounted solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Pan India.
