Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute solar PV installation activities rooftop (C&I) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with EPC teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth on-site execution.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Monitor installation of modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and assist in system design implementation.
• Inspect materials received at site and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
• Ensure adherence to electrical standards, MNRE guidelines, and local regulations.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of the solar plant.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, or Renewable Energy
• 1–3 years’ experience in solar project execution
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical drawings, and safety norms
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert potential leads from C&I sectors (factories, warehouses,institutions, etc.)
• Conduct client meetings and propose suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and ROI analysis.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to project handover.
• Build long-term client relationships and enhance brand visibility through events and presentations.
• Stay updated on solar market trends, policies, and competitors.

Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (mandatory).
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Energy Management (preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales within Solar EPC or Renewable Energy.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
